There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The courtyard is secured by a metal gate that can be operated by a remote control unit. There is a parking place in the yard. The entrance to the building is also very secure: it has a metal door and an intercom. Having been recently renovated, the studio comes with new furniture and all the necessary household equipment to turn your stay into pleasure: a gas stove, a two-compartment refrigerator, a microwave, an electric tea kettle, a TV set, a telephone, a vacuum cleaner and a hair-dryer. The bedroom features a double bed and a pull-out double sofa. The windows are soundproof and have mosquito nets on. An ideal place for you to stay at!
